YOU HAVE A VOICE!
Recently, Local 127’s Executive Board approved a new Collective Bargaining Proposal form created by Business Agent Paul Satkowski for the purpose of soliciting ideas from our members to solve problems through collective bargaining.
“This new form will give every Local 127 member a voice in the negotiation process,” said Local 127 President Frank Pitarro.
The Collective Bargaining Proposal form was passed out to the members at the October 14th and November 18th monthly general membership meeting. Business Agent Satkowski stated at the general membership meeting that “this form is a means for the member to articulate their proposal and have the negotiations committee review the proposal for viability keeping in mind not only how a proposal affects the member and their respective classification but how it benefits the City of San Diego.”
Any member wanting assistance completing the form should contact Business Agent Paul Satkowski.
