AFSCME Local 127 attended the AFSCME Int'l 46th Biennial Convention in Los Angeles. During the course of the week, the Delegates of AFSCME Local 127 voted on resolutions to establish the priorities of AFSCME Int'l, voted on amendments to update the AFSCME Int'l Constitution, and participated in workshops and training sessions. Additionally, the Delegates of AFSCME Local 127 networked with other members from across the country and listened to speeches delievered by Tim Walz, vice presidential candidate of the Kamala Harris Campaign, and Liz Shuler, President of AFL-CIO, among many other influential professionals.
