AFSCME Local 127 ratifies MOU with Coronado

Complete!

It began with a survey. And it ended with a vote. From gathering negotiable items a year ago to negotiating at the table for 7 months, the bargaining unit members of AFSCME Local 127 ratified a 3-year MOU with the City of Coronado. 

Here are some of its principle economic terms: 

• 17% general wage increases
• $1,000 to $3,000 longevity bonuses
• 1% to 6% equity increases
• special assignment pay increases
• callback/standby pay increases
